    1. Copyright Ownership

    2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
    3. Identification of the Infringing Material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs or locations on TrulyBlaze where the material is found, with sufficient detail for us to locate it.
    4. Your Contact Information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
    5. A Good Faith Statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    6. An Accuracy Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

    We aim to acknowledge receipt of all DMCA notices within 48 hours and resolve valid claims within 10 business days.

    5. Counter-Notification Procedure

    If you believe that content you posted on TrulyBlaze was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature.
    2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your location (or in India if you are located outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.

    6. Repeat Infringer Policy

    TrulyBlaze maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers.

    7. Good Faith & Misrepresentation

    Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please ensure that all claims are submitted in good faith and with accurate information.

    TrulyBlaze may contain links to external websites, embedded media, or references to third-party content. We are not responsible for the copyright practices or content of third-party websites. If you believe third-party content linked from our site infringes your copyright, please contact the respective site owner directly.

    9. Image & Media Licensing

    Images and media used on TrulyBlaze are sourced from:

    • Licensed stock photography services
    • Official press handouts and promotional materials
    • Public domain or Creative Commons-licensed sources (with proper attribution)
    • Original photography and graphics created by TrulyBlaze

    If you believe an image on our site infringes your rights, please submit a DMCA notice with the specific URL of the image and proof of ownership.
